A friend recommended Chagrin Home Improvement for finishing my decks. CHI was responsive when I called for an estimate. Joe actually answered the phone and stopped by to give me an estimate the next day. They put me on the schedule for the next opening. It took a few weeks, but they let me know as soon as they could fit me in. The crew was polite, timely and did a great job. My decks look great and I would highly recommend CHI.
